We want you to love your Leviink gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Free from odors, stains, or damage
To start a return, email us at service@leviink.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

Limited edition drops

Sale or discounted items

Custom DTF transfers or personalized products
If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges based on availability. If you'd like to exchange your item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the new size.
If the desired size is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us at service@leviink.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible—we’ll fix it fast.
